ARE YOU GUYS INSANE!!! Have you seen the video??!!!
ITS AMAZING AND IT TOTALLY WORKS.

Its a well put together short video with edited narration that explains an AMAZING way to EASILY get through this section. If your not a pro runner, you can now get guildies and friends through this totally unpredictable section. I see posts here by people that obviously have not seen the video and/or have NO CLUE as to what the AI actually is in that section and could not possibly actually be runners. Why must you guys act like this?

I am a pro runner and I really apprecitate this NEW idea for getting through the ONLY REALLY HARD section of the run.

Thanks for the post Citadel. It's worth sharing good info and I hope some of the responses here don't put you off on doing it again.

I've heard of it been done. But that was months ago (way before Christmas). Before they added all these things in to hinder droks runners.

Now there is just no way in hell to do it with 6 people, unless you have a foolproof plan for killing 3-2 wurms and some Avicara at the same time or an incredibly well organised team. Not to mention to insane spawns in Dreadnoughts Drift. A full team of 8 would struggle to kill all the Stone Summit Carvers/Rangers to the right of the spawn without casualties, let alone having a countdown to total annihilation (when the massive group of Heretics jumps you). Even if you got through there Snake Dance has absolutely massive groups of Giants and Trolls. Seriously if you could get 55farmers to that spot they'd have a field day slaughtering the 20-30 trolls, most of which attack at once.

Wow. How are people crying becuase Citadel decided to share some information that someone not as LEET as the rest of you complainers may not have known. Nice work Citadel, I, for one, thank you for sharing.

Anyway, to summarize what happens, you go into the worm area, aggro all the worms, drag them to another area to the left side, die intentionally, eat a candy cane (or not) upon rezzing, then go back through the area on the right side and the worms will not pop up unless you aggro the "other" area that you died in. I have tried simply running away from them and "leaving" them in this other area, but they follow 50% of the time. If you die however, they become "stuck" right in the area that you died in. The video shows it pretty clearly.

i haven't done a droks run in months makes me think i should give them try again. I just wonder are they still popular? I know a character can just get ran to LA far cheaper and if the player has factions they can get to the first city and get armor there. I guess the run can still have many customers for Faction characters coming over and want to get down to droks for elites and the last missions to get to Perdition rock for more elites. A question to all players still doing the droks run is it still as popular?

anyways cool trick i never heard of it but i haven't run droks in so long i probably would get stuck somewere else

I thought LBS had all given up on running and just stuck to IWAY in HA instead.

You make it sound like you are the only person that can run to droknars xD, beacons perch is full of runners that do droknars, none of them gifted at all, its a pretty straight-forward run people have been doing for months.

Yeah, well I was just trying to share an interesting piece of information for other runners that I knew for a fact was not previously known. I tried to post it in Community forums but it never showed up. I got tired of waiting. For those of you who actually "see" the video and appreciate it, thank you for your kind comments and I hope it helps you out somewhat.

I have never been run from Beacons to Droks and I have never run a character to Droks and probably never will.

However, if a board member wants to help out and share some info of benefit to other members then they should be applauded not flamed. Some of you should be very ashamed of your behaviour in this thread.

The "trick" isn't really necessary, and most people who bothered to fight down Lornar's have already experienced it. Another unnecessary "trick" for Lornars is dying to spawn near the exit--it isn't all that special.

its well known that LBS has the best runners, no question, so i cant beleive that anyone would critize them for sharing information that they beleive will help us. nobody asked them to do this, and who cares if you already know about it. and dont say all information should be free to the public since there is a reason thats they are the best runners and that is because they have improved methods of running, and they are just trying to help us and help us improve our own skills.

and let them run the guild however they want and dont bitch because you wanted in but you couldnt afford it, and im sure you guild has their own way of doing things. if you think about it, 15 ectoes is nothing compared to the amount of money you would make after you learn how to do the runs in the game as effectively as possible.

back on topic, ive always had trouble there, so thanks alot citadel.

It's always nice when people share their builds and strategies. No one should be criticized for that. But the fact is that running is now essentially useless. Why would get a Droks run when you can get the same deal in Cantha? So you are not going to make that much money anymore.

OP ~ It's nice that you shared your strategy, but I would have thought much higher of you as a person had you shared it earlier when it was relevent and that you hadn't postured yourself so highly. I don't think rude comments by posters are appropriate but you opened the door pretty wide for that with the tone of your post and the mention of the L33T guild with it's ecto app entrance garbage. A small lesson in humility would make your accomplishments more respectable.
